3. CLEANING
This is N.A.T. Tech cleaning the dryer vent ducting which runs from the back of the dryer to the roof, in this case. He is using HIGH pressure air scrubber to clean the ductwork.
Dryer vent ducting in low rise buildings (2-4 floors) should be cleaned every 1-2 years. It has been found that plugged dryer vents have been a major cause of fires in Strata buildings. It is vital to have dryer vents maintained regularly but especially important in the many wood structures.
